Euro Side Skirt /Fender Flares
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PART # PZEF150PB/PZEF140SB SERIES 040502

IMPORTANT: Be sure to test fit all parts to the vehicle before painting as PTEAZER™ will not be responsible for the painting on a defective part that must be returned.

STEPS:
1. Always pre-fit prior to painting. Due to the hand made nature of these parts, there may be some minor adjustments needed to fit your car
2. Start by getting the PT Cruiser up in the air. A lift is best, but floor jacks and stands will work.
3. Remove wheels for access; loosen inner liners from bumper areas.
4. Using two people, hold side skirts in place until satisfied with the fit. Drill four 1/8" holes in the bottom of skirt so that they won't be visible once the car is on the ground, but be sure that they are out far enough to hold pressure inward to hold skirt against the rocker panel.
5. Using teck screws provided, attach side skirt.
6. Take the front fender skirt template and tape in place on the fender, drill five ¼" holes in position marked on the template.
7. Hold flare in place firmly while using teck screws provided, drill into flare from inside out, (there is aluminum inserts inside flares for teck screws to attach), a bead of silicon is a good idea to put over holes prior to attaching. This will also help in preventing corrosion around the wheels.
8. Repeat with rear flares.
