INTERIOR PANEL INSTRUCTIONS
PART NO. PZPNI126

IMPORTANT: Be sure to test fit all parts to the vehicle before painting as PTEAZER™ will not be responsible for the painting on a defective part that must be returned.

NOTE: The panel conversion requires intensive bodywork.
The installation of the panel conversion needs to done by a professional body shop familiar
with the fabrication of fiberglass to steel bonding requirements.

The Interior Panels are designed to glue over the rear doorframes and quarter panel frames.

If you require the storage bin, the opening is marked clearly for cutting and you can glue the bucket from the existing side panel in the back. Another option is to extend the floor all the way to the back of the front seats. If so, floor needs to be installed first. The height is marked on the panels. We extended our floor with ply so the panels can fasten to it.


Step 1 Test fit and trim panels as necessary on edges.

Step 2 Mark contact spots and make packers, and glass or glue to back of Interior Panel and test fit again.

Step 3 Make good the face of the panel ready for covering options.

Step 4 Once panel is covered, test fit again. Glue in position as required. When happy with fit, screw the panel to the floor, and floor covering will cover screws.
