DUAL EXHAUST CAT
BACK 3 PIECE SYSTEM
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PART # PZX116 • SERIES 041002
STEPS TO
REMOVE EXISTING EXHAUST SYSTEM
1. Remove two rear-mounting rubbers from hangers. Undo clamp on
rear muffler and remove earth strap on muffler at chassis end.
Then remove muffler by twisting until loose.
2. Remove mounting hangar on center pipe and undo clamp and remove
pipe. Remove two rubber hanger brackets.
STEPS
TO INSTALL NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM
1. Install hanger brackets (drivers side is on front bolt of tie
down bracket and passenger side rear bolt on tie down) and then
place rubbers on hanger brackets.
2. Position center pipe with clamp on front first and make sure
pipe is level on return and snug clamp up.
3. Loosely attach second section using gaskets and bolts supplied
and connect rubber hangars.
4. Loosely attach rear section using gaskets and bolts provided
and connect rubber hangars.
5. Push up and tighten in position exhaust system.
